My Job

I am the Information Specialist II for the Learning Commons of the Zach S. Henderson Library, as well as the Student Supervisor of the Learning Commons Assistants. I am responsible for providing comprehensive software and hardware assistance to library patrons. In addition, I also provide basic reference assistance and teach various workshops (group sessions or one-on-one) on some of the frequently used software packages.

Located on the second floor, The Learning Commons is a 'one stop shop for all of your educational needs' offering patrons the ability to conduct library research, type and print reports, utilize multimedia production software and hardware, and seek computer assistance.
