Study Abroad!  It will change your life (really). In Summer 2009, I will be teaching in the London Program.  My courses there are HIST 1112 (World Civ. 2, part of the core) and HIST 3030: Tudor and Stuart England (an elective).
I have also taught four times in beautiful Montepulciano, a small town in Tuscany (Italy) and plan to return soon.  The courses I teach there are HIST 1111 (World Civ. 1, an elective at Southern but a core class on other USG campuses) and HIST 4230, The Renaissance (an elective).
For photos of Montepulciano, go to this link.

My on-campus courses are the following:
HIST 1111, World Civ 1: Development of World Civilization

HIST 1112, World Civ 2: Emergence of the Modern Global Community

HIST/RELS 3334, Christian Europe 450-1750 (every odd Fall, e.g. Fall '09, Fall '11)

HIST 4230, The Renaissance (every even Fall, e.g. Fall '08, Fall '10)

HIST/RELS 5332(g), Age of the Reformation (every odd Spring, e.g. Spring '09, Spring '11)

HIST 7633, Readings in European History

HIST 2630, Historical Methods

HIST 1111, HIST/RELS 3334 and HIST 4230 are cross-listed in the Classical and Medieval Studies minor.
HIST/RELS 3334 and HIST/RELS 5332(g) are cross-listed in the Religious Studies minor.
