Taiwan (Republic of
China), is assistant professor of
Information Systems at
Georgia Southern University.
His previous life was with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute,
Northwestern University and
Ministry of National Defense in Taiwan.
Currently he is teaching Systems Analysis and Design.
